Hi, welcome to Born To Travel.

Since I was about 11 years old I have been fascinated by other countries, their culture, scenery, food etc Over the last 35 years my wife, Karen and I have travelled extensively around much of Australia, and 54 other countries in Europe, Asia and South America with brief forays into North America, the Pacific, the Middle East and, sad to say, only Egypt in Africa so far.

I have been retired for several years now and started travel blogging initially to keep relatives and friends updated as to our whereabouts and what we were doing but now am pleased to find many like minded travellers reading my blog and I in turn have the pleasure of reading theirs. Hopefully I can either interest or inform you as we travel and I document things in this blog. For we are all Born To Travel.
